The motor drives the valve to adjust the opening of the air duct, thereby controlling the airflow of each duct. Through this refined control, the dual-lip air ring can more accurately adjust the distribution of cooling air, effectively controlling the uniformity of film thickness.
The sophisticated design of dual lip air ring integrates advanced automatic control systems, making thickness control of the film more precise. The automatic air ring can detect film thickness signals in real-time and transmit these signals to a computer. By analyzing thickness deviations and curve change trends, the computer automatically adjusts the opening of the valve driven by the motor. When the film is too thick, the motor rotates forward to reduce the opening of the air outlet; when the film is too thin, the motor rotates backward to increase the opening of the air outlet. This dynamic adjustment mechanism ensures that the thickness error of the film can be controlled within 4%, significantly better than the 7% error without the automatic air ring.
In the production of LLDPE film, the advantages of dual-lip air rings are particularly evident. Due to the poor stability of LLDPE film bubbles, traditional single-lip air rings cannot meet the requirements of high-quality production. Double-lip air rings can provide more uniform cooling, significantly improving the stability of the film bubble.
